How to deal with the social security problem of landless farmers

Legal analysis: the social security of land acquisition compensation is based on the average monthly salary of employees in the whole province in the previous year when the land acquisition compensation announcement is issued, and the payment ratio is 20%. Then the expropriated farmers need to provide the expropriated village committees with land acquisition agreements and land compensation contracts.

Legal basis: Article 243rd of the General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), when expropriation of collectively owned land, land compensation fees, resettlement subsidies, ground attachments and young crops compensation fees shall be paid in full according to law, and social security fees shall be arranged for land-expropriated farmers to ensure their livelihood and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

Article 227 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Land Management Law, the resettlement subsidy for land requisition must be earmarked and shall not be used for other purposes. Need to be resettled by rural collective economic organizations, resettlement subsidies paid to rural collective economic organizations, managed and used by rural collective economic organizations; Resettlement by other units, resettlement subsidies paid to resettlement units; If there is no need for unified resettlement, the resettlement subsidy shall be paid to the individual or used to pay the insurance premium of the resettled person with the consent of the resettled person.
