4. If the employer's salary issuing bank is not within the scope of the six cooperative banks, you can choose 1 as the issuing bank from among the six cooperative banks;

5. If you are an individual insured, you can go directly to any bank branch of the above-mentioned bank with the ID card and payment voucher of the party concerned.
