1. First, please open the social security official website in your city.

2. Pull down the webpage. Generally, there will be service inquiries at the bottom of official website. Select the personal account of endowment insurance for inquiry.

3. Enter your username and password in the next login interface. The general user name is the citizen's ID number. To apply for a password for the first time, you must bring your personal certificate to the self-service machine of the nearest social security sub-center.
