China has the highest social security payment in the world.

In China, ordinary citizens pay 28% of their wages, but civil servants don't have to pay. However, after retirement, the pension of civil servants is three times that of ordinary employees. In fact, their high pensions are paid by taxpayers such as ordinary employees. Professor Bai Zhongen from Tsinghua said that the social security payment in China is the highest in the world, which means "robbing the poor to help the rich" for ordinary people whose wages are lower than those of civil servants.
