How do enterprises in Beijing handle social security for new employees?

1. The newly established enterprise shall go through the social insurance registration at the social security center within 30 days. The following information should be provided: ① a copy of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person and a copy; ② Organization code certificate and its copy; (3) A copy of the legal person's ID card.

2. Sign an agreement to participate in endowment insurance. The following information should be provided: the labor situation table of the enterprise in the previous year (table 104), and the newly established unit provides the salary table of employees in the last month or the current month.

3. Review the qualifications of participants. ① Urban workers in this city need to provide: recruitment form, ID card, college student dispatch card, personal pension transfer form for transferred workers, and temporary job-seeking card; ② Urban workers in other provinces and cities need to provide: a copy of household registration book, ID card, personal account transfer form, proof of not participating in social security, proof of employment, etc. (3) Migrant workers should provide: employment indicators approved by the labor administrative department, the list of rural laborers recruited by employers in Beijing, and employment certificates.

4. Fill in the Registration Form of Beijing Endowment Insurance Insured Units (table 1) and the Registration Form of Beijing Urban Workers Participating in Endowment Insurance (table 2).

5. Employees who need to pay old-age insurance premiums need to fill in the Form of Beijing Urban Workers' Participation in Old-age Insurance Payment (Table 4) and the Summary of Beijing Urban Workers' Payment of Old-age Insurance Fees (Table 5).

6. Enter the above forms 1, 2, 4 and 5 into the computer, and then set up a personal account.
