Article 63

If the employing unit has no workers in similar positions, the labor remuneration shall be determined by reference to the labor remuneration of workers in the same or similar positions in the place where the employing unit is located.

The labor contract concluded between the labor dispatching unit and the dispatched workers and the labor dispatch agreement with the employing unit, the labor remuneration paid to the dispatched workers shall be in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 10
