Legal analysis: 1. When the card surface is dirty, incomplete or illegible, or the chip is damaged and can no longer be read and written on special equipment, the cardholder must go to any branch of the card-issuing bank in our city with his/her ID card, the original and copy of the social security card. 2. If the photo on the card surface is changed, the cardholder shall go through the card replacement formalities at any outlet within the jurisdiction of the issuing bank with his ID card, social security card and the original and photocopy of photo receipt. 3.
