There is no statutory time limit for employers to pay social security to employees. Details are as follows:

1. If the employer fails to pay social insurance for the employee according to law, it shall pay it back from the date of default. Social insurance is compulsory, and employers are obliged to pay social insurance for workers, and may not refuse to pay it by agreement;

2. If the company handles social insurance for employees, it shall be handled entirely by the company. Employees only need to show their ID cards and their copies.

Article 60 The employing unit shall declare on its own and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time. Except for legal reasons such as force majeure, the payment shall not be postponed or reduced.
