Medical insurance for urban and rural residents and flexible employees in Xiamen can be handled through Xiamen Tax APP, and medical insurance for employees is handled by employers.

(1) Payment Time

The centralized payment time is from 2022 1 October1to February1.

The daily payment time is from the 4th to the end of each month.

(2) Method of payment

1. Personal payment:

The insured person can use bank card to entrust withholding, family account remittance of medical insurance, online payment of UnionPay, etc.

If the insured has paid the fee before 165438+2022 10 1, the tax authorities will withhold the medical insurance fee of urban and rural residents from the medical insurance family account or the entrusted withholding account through the one-card bank within the centralized payment time;

For those who are insured on a daily basis, the tax authorities shall withhold and remit the medical insurance premium for urban and rural residents in the corresponding year from the 4th day of the month to the end of the month.

2. Remittance from the school or neighborhood committee:

The school or neighborhood (village) committee shall uniformly report and pay to the tax authorities within the above-mentioned payment period.

The insured person completes the payment within the centralized payment time, and can enjoy the residents' medical insurance benefits from June 65438+1 October1.

Flexible employment personnel

1. Local residents and foreign residents with residence permits in Xiamen can apply through the Tax Service Office, Xiamen Tax APP or our Xiamen APP.
