The director of the center is Professor Deng Dasong, and the deputy directors are Professor Li Zhen and Professor Zhao Man. The second academic committee of the Center is headed by Professor Zhao Man, and its members include Professor Deng Dasong, Professor Li Zhen, Professor Yuan Zhigang, Professor Lin Yi, Professor Li Shaoguang and Professor Zhou Changcheng.
