Does Hangzhou Bank need social security to apply for a card?

Hangzhou Bank is strict with credit card applicants. Only 18~65 years old, with normal social security payment records at the location of Hangzhou Bank's head office and branches, good reputation and stable income can apply. If there is no local social security, it is estimated that it will be a bit difficult to handle the credit card of Hangzhou Bank, but it is not completely impossible. Applicants who have no household registration of the head office and branches of Hangzhou Bank and no local social security payment records are required to submit the following supporting materials: (1) I sign and fill in the application form for all required items as required; (2) a copy of valid identity documents; (3) Certificate of appointment with official seal or special seal for personnel issued by the unit; (4) Certificate of commodity real estate license approved by the bank in my workplace.
