Shenzhen 20 19 Social Security Medical Insurance The medical insurance year is from July of that year to June 30th of the following year.

We can't change it, we can only wait until next July.

Legal basis:

According to Article 21 of the Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Social Medical Insurance, the basic medical insurance form selected by the insured units for employees according to these Measures shall not be changed during the medical insurance year. Article 120, the medical insurance year referred to in these Measures is from July 1 day of that year to June 30 of the following year. Once employees choose the medical insurance grade, they shall not be changed, and they shall not be changed before the expiration of this year.

Other considerations:

1. Employees who are not registered in deep households can apply for file change in Shenzhen social security system from July 1 day to the account of the current month (the account date of the current month is the 20th of each month). Those who have not changed their grades are deemed to be selected, which is the same as that of the previous year. The same company cannot change its grades in the current year after paying the fees.

2. There may be a way to change it, that is, employees join another company after leaving the company, let the other company buy social security, deduct a fee, and then join your company. Obviously, this method is meaningless to enterprises.
