(2) On-site certification. In the local area, bedridden inpatients are served by staff at home.

(3) Remote authentication. If a person does not live locally with children from other places for a long time, the local certification department (personnel bureau, social security bureau, etc. ) will send a letter to entrust the relevant departments of the place of residence to conduct on-site certification and send the information back.

(4) Video authentication. This is a new method using modern information technology, which is suitable for people in other places (abroad or at home) to authenticate their identities through dialogue, taking photos and video recording.
