For the first time, you need to click "First Tax Payment" in the lower left corner of the password login box for enterprise verification.

After entering the interface, click "I want to pay taxes"-"tax declaration and payment" in the horizontal navigation bar, and find "social security fee declaration" in other declarations and click to enter.

After opening the declaration interface, check the declaration date first. Social security fee declaration for the current month. If not, click the date box to modify it.

Then, click the drop-down box after selecting the declaration form, select the social security fee (approved) declaration form, select Finish, and click the Add button at the back. There are five social insurance premiums, which need to be increased five times.

After adding, click the corresponding "Declaration" after the declaration form to enter the declaration interface. Click the drop-down box after the social security number and verification number in turn, and select the social security number and a verification number. After checking with the approved list printed by the Social Security Bureau, click on the lower right corner to declare.

After the declaration is successful, click Return, repeat the declaration process five times, and declare all five expenses. After that, return to the interface of adding customs declaration form, and click the Pay button after each fee for tripartite withholding payment.

The payment declaration needs to be repeated 5 times, and each fee will be deducted successfully.

If there is no tripartite withholding, you can choose to pay in the bank, print the declaration form and pay in the bank window.

Article 59 People's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the collection of social insurance premiums.

Social insurance premiums shall be uniformly collected, and the implementation steps and specific measures shall be stipulated by the State Council.

Article 60 The employing unit shall declare on its own and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time. Except for legal reasons such as force majeure, the payment shall not be postponed or reduced. The social insurance premiums that employees should pay shall be withheld and remitted by the employer, and the employer shall inform me of the details of paying social insurance premiums on a monthly basis.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in social insurance in the employing units and other flexible employees can pay social insurance premiums directly to the social insurance premium collection agencies.

Sixty-first social insurance fee collection agencies shall collect social insurance premiums in full and on time according to law, and regularly inform employers and individuals of the payment situation.

Article 62 If the employer fails to declare the amount of social insurance premiums that should be paid according to the regulations, the amount that should be paid shall be determined according to 1 10% of the amount paid by the employer last month; After the payment unit completes the declaration procedures, the social insurance fee collection agency shall make settlement in accordance with the provisions.
