Reasons for the company to cancel the social security suspension

When a unit is dissolved, bankrupt, revoked, merged, moved or needs to terminate the social insurance relationship according to law for other reasons, it shall apply to the Provincial Social Security Bureau for cancellation of social insurance registration. Individuals can apply to change the social security payment method to individual payment. The company needs to cancel social security:

1, the payer is dissolved, bankrupt, revoked, merged or other circumstances.

2. The payer who does not need to cancel the registration in the administrative department for industry and commerce according to the regulations has been approved by the relevant competent department or announced to terminate or dissolve.

3. The payer goes to the administrative department for industry and commerce for cancellation of registration or the business license is revoked by the administrative department for industry and commerce.

The unit shall, within 30 days from the date of cancellation of registration by the administrative department for industry and commerce:

Apply for cancellation of social insurance registration; Units that do not need to register with the administrative department for industry and commerce according to regulations shall apply for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of approval or announcement of termination by the relevant units.

If the business license of a unit is revoked by the administrative department for industry and commerce, it shall apply for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of revocation; Where a unit needs to transfer the social insurance relationship due to the change of residence or the change of production and business address, it shall apply for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of the above change, and apply for social insurance registration with the social insurance agency where it moves in.
