People who are not registered in Beijing cannot pay medical insurance for the old and the young.

Children can only pay the medical insurance where their registered permanent residence is located, towns can only pay the medical insurance for residents in the street where their registered permanent residence is located, and the new rural cooperative medical system in the village where agricultural registered permanent residence's registered permanent residence is located. Parents take ID cards and household registration books for insurance.

Children who have lived in Beijing for a long time can go to the Social Security Bureau for long-term medical treatment in different places after being insured in their hometown, and choose the hospital in Beijing as the hospital for medical insurance reimbursement.
