The state establishes a personal account for endowment insurance for each insured person, and the items recorded in the personal account include personal basic information, payment information, pension payment information, personal account storage information, transfer and connection information, termination and cancellation information, etc. Therefore, once the personal account of endowment insurance is established, it will remain unchanged for life, and no matter where the payment is made or not, the personal account will record the rights and interests of the insured. If the insured person has any objection to the personal account record, he may also apply to the social security agency for verification and provide relevant certification materials. The social security agency will accept and verify it in time and inform the insured of the results.

According to Article 16 of the Social Insurance Law, individuals who participate in the basic old-age insurance will receive the basic old-age pension on a monthly basis when they reach the statutory retirement age and have paid a total of fifteen years. It should be noted that the term' accumulated payment for fifteen years' here refers to the accumulated years (including deemed payment years) for employees or residents to pay endowment insurance premiums according to regulations. Therefore, the temporary suspension of payment due to the change of work or city of residence will not affect the previous payment record, that is to say, no matter where you work, the pension insurance will continue to count.
