Responsibilities of Nanjing Jiangning District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau

(a) responsible for the preparation of the region's human resources and social security development plans and policies, drafting district-level human resources and social security normative documents, and organizing the implementation, supervision and inspection.

(eleven) responsible for the implementation of the Regulations on Mediation and Arbitration of Personnel Labor Disputes, accepting and handling personnel labor dispute cases; Organize and implement labor inspection, coordinate workers' rights protection work, and investigate and deal with illegal cases according to law.

(twelve) responsible for the construction of human resources and social security information network system in the whole region, responsible for the release of human resources and social security information and policy and business consultation.

(thirteen) responsible for the management and service of foreign experts, high-tech leading talents and foreign intelligence introduction in the whole region; Responsible for the international exchange and cooperation of human resources in the whole region; Responsible for the implementation of the policy of attracting experts and overseas students to work or settle in the region.
