The social security card can be activated at the local social security center, or by calling the hotline or online.

First, how to activate the social security card query:

1. Call the Social Security Bureau for telephone consultation;

2. Bring my ID card to the local social security center for enquiry.

3. Online inquiry:

(1) Log in to "XXX Human Resources and Social Security Network" and enter the home page of this website;

(2) Click "Social Security Inquiry Portal" and enter the ID number and password for inquiry.
