Payment standard and collection standard of rural endowment insurance
The new rural endowment insurance participation mode is as follows:
1, individual application. Rural residents bring the original and photocopy of the household registration book and the second-generation ID card to the village (neighborhood) Committee where the household registration is located to handle the new rural endowment insurance, choose the payment grade, and fill in the registration form of the new rural social endowment insurance;
2. Village assistant inspection. Village assistants are responsible for checking whether the Registration Form for Insured Persons and the Family Social Relations Form for Rural Household Registration Elderly Persons are complete, whether the information such as the name and second-generation ID number filled in is accurate, whether there is personal signature or seal, and whether the relevant materials provided by the insured persons are complete. After verification, sign the registration form of the insured, affix the official seal of the village committee, attach the second-generation ID card of the insured, a copy of the household registration book and other materials, and then report to the township labor security office.
3. Township trial. The township labor and social security office conducted a preliminary examination of the relevant materials for the registration of insurance reported by the village. After the examination is correct, the handling personnel shall sign the insurance registration form, affix the township security office seal, timely input the basic information of the insured into the new agricultural insurance information system, and report the insurance registration form, the second-generation resident ID card and the copy of the household registration book to the county agricultural insurance center;
4, the county agricultural insurance center review. The county agricultural insurance center shall timely review the relevant materials for the registration of the insured reported by the township, confirm the basic information of the insured entered by the township labor security, and establish a personal account for the insured; Sign and seal the insurance registration form, and file the relevant materials for the record.

Social insurance funds include basic endowment insurance fund, basic medical insurance fund, industrial injury insurance fund, unemployment insurance fund and maternity insurance fund. In addition to the basic medical insurance fund and maternity insurance fund combined accounting, other social insurance funds are accounted for separately according to social insurance types. Social insurance funds implement a unified accounting system throughout the country.
