2. The original and two copies of the labor contract (employment contract) being performed;
3. The original file of the applicant provided by the employer (the original file of the applicant is returned to the employer after being verified by the archiving agency);
4. Debit card under personal name or passbook of personal settlement account of Postal Savings Bank.
