Second, the unit operation steps:

1. After the newly registered enterprise has obtained the business license and the digital certificate of Beijing Legal Person One Certificate, it will sign the payment agreement at the bank where the unit opens an account. (See Note 2 for details. The name, style and handling process of the agreement text are slightly different, and the cooperative bank will provide arrangements).

Note: Please also check the bank's exchange number within four digits.

2. Enterprise Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform, click to enter the "Online Service for Newly Registered Units" module, select initial login, select "Enterprise" for enterprise nature, insert the enterprise all-in-one digital certificate, enter the password of the certificate, and enter the information entry interface after confirmation, enter the enterprise registration information as required, and submit. After the submission is successful, just wait patiently for the audit result of the social security agency.

3. After the background audit of the system is successful, the enterprise will be notified. After receiving the approval successfully, log in to the interface of "Enterprise User Login" of Beijing social insurance online service platform, select "New User Registration", insert the verification certificate of enterprise all-in-one digital certificate and enterprise information, fill in the corresponding enterprise, click "New User Registration" button, and click "Enterprise-University-Teacher". After success, the self-service online declaration function is completed, and enterprises can use the online declaration system to handle the registration, increase, change and decrease of social insurance for employees.
