Conditions for handling social security subsidies

Legal analysis: 1. Persons with employment difficulties register for employment in their communities and pay social insurance premiums after flexible employment. Flexible employees refer to those who have signed a labor contract with the employer for less than one year or have no fixed employer and can provide temporary employment certificates;

Legal basis: Article 45 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
