On July 3, Xuzhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security held a press conference to announce the adjustment of social insurance payment base in our city.

According to the Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Implementing the Social Insurance Baseline before the release of the average wage of employees in Jiangsu Province, since the average wage of employees in Jiangsu Province has not yet been released, the new social insurance year will begin on July 1 day, and our city will adjust the relevant social insurance base.

Since July 1 year, the upper limit of the basic old-age insurance payment for enterprise employees in the whole province is temporarily implemented at 14 100 yuan, and the lower limit is temporarily implemented at 2820 yuan. Considering the objective existence of private enterprises and low-income groups in our city, the upper limit of urban payment wage is 14 100 yuan, and the lower limit is 2330 yuan. The employer takes the total wages of all employees of the unit as the payment base. If the actual per capita wage level of urban employers is less than 2330 yuan, total wage base will be determined according to 2330 yuan.

The wage base and treatment standard of urban unemployment, medical care, work injury and maternity insurance shall be implemented with reference to the above provisions. The upper and lower limits of the county (city) payment wage base are determined independently by the county (city) according to the spirit of the provincial documents and the local actual situation, and reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.

In addition, since July, the city's social insurance related base has been adjusted, and social insurance premium payment and social security account inquiry have been suspended from July/KLOC-0 to July 5. The medical insurance card is not affected.
