Hangzhou talent subsidy application conditions

1. Living subsidy for fresh graduates with high academic qualifications: applicable to fresh graduates with global undergraduate degree or above, employed in Hangzhou employers or starting their own business, and paying the social insurance according to the regulations.

2. Rental Subsidy for Newly Introduced Fresh Graduates: Applicable to fresh graduates with global undergraduate degree or above, who are employed in Hangzhou employers or start their own business, and whose families do not have a house in Hangzhou and do not enjoy other preferential policies on renting houses.

3. Public housing subsidy at Hangzhou city level: applicable to eligible urban lower-middle-income families with housing difficulties, newly-employed (less than 7 years after graduation) university graduates and entrepreneurs within Hangzhou city (excluding Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Fuyang District and Lin'an District).

4. Social Security Subsidy for Flexible Employment: It applies to people with employment difficulties and college graduates within 2 years of graduation who are engaged in flexible employment in Hangzhou, register for flexible employment and pay social insurance premiums in Hangzhou as flexible employment personnel.

5. Employment subsidy: it applies to college graduates within 2 years of graduation who are newly recruited by enterprises with less than 1,000 employees whose registered address is in HCM City, or college graduates who are employed in pension, housekeeping service and modern agriculture enterprises recognized by the competent industry departments, and have paid social insurance premiums continuously for 12 months according to the law, and whose salary income is lower than the average salary of the local all-society on-the-job employees in the previous year.
