With the consent of the provincial people's government, our province has adjusted the minimum wage standard from August 1.
The monthly minimum wage standard: 2280 yuan for the first-class area, 2070 yuan for the second-class area and 1840 yuan for the third-class area.
Minimum wage standard for part-time working hours: 22 yuan in category I, 20 yuan in category II and 18 yuan in category III.
Under the condition that the laborer provides normal labor, the wages paid by the employer to the laborer shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. The internship remuneration paid by the enterprise to the internship students and the labor remuneration of the work-study students shall be paid by the hour, and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours.
The minimum wage standard does not include: overtime pay; Allowances under special working environment and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; Housing provident fund paid by employees according to the lower limit; Welfare treatment of employees stipulated by laws, regulations and the state. The contents not included above shall be paid separately by the Employer.
If the employer violates the minimum wage payment regulations, the employee may complain and report to the human resources and social security departments, or apply for mediation, arbitration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
The first category includes: Nanjing, Wuxi, Jiangyin, Yixing, Changzhou, Suzhou, Zhangjiagang, Changshu, Kunshan, Taicang, Nantong, Qidong, Haimen, Yangzhou, Zhenjiang, Danyang, Yangzhong, jurong city and Taizhou.
The second category includes Xuzhou (excluding tongshan district), Jintan and liyang city, Hai 'an, Rudong and Rugao in Nantong, Lianyungang (excluding Ganyu), Huai 'an (excluding Huai 'an and Huaiyin), Yancheng, Dongtai and Yizheng, Gaoyou and Baoying in Yangzhou, Jingjiang, xinghua city and Taixing in Taizhou.
The three types of areas include: tongshan district, xinyi city, Fengxian, Peixian, Pizhou, Suining, Ganyu, guannan county, Guanyun and Donghai, Huai 'an, Huaiyin, Hongze, Lianshui, Xuyi, Jinhu, jianhu county, Sheyang, Funing, Binhai, Xiangshui and Suqian.

In order to protect the basic life and legitimate rights and interests of workers, according to the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Law" and the "Minimum Wage Regulations" (Order No.21former Ministry of Labor and Social Security), combined with the actual situation in our province, the provincial government decided:
From August 1 day, the monthly minimum wage in our province was adjusted to 2280 yuan, 2070 yuan and 1840 yuan, and the minimum hourly wage for part-time work was adjusted to 22 yuan, 20 yuan and 18 yuan.
All districts and cities are requested to choose and determine the local minimum wage standard according to the economic and social development level of counties (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction, and report to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for the record.
After the promulgation of this notice, the Notice of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in the Province (Zhejiang Fazheng [2017] No.43) shall be abolished at the same time.
Shaanxi province adjusts the minimum wage standard
Shaanxi raised the minimum wage standard 1 from May.
This adjustment increases 150 yuan, and the monthly minimum wage in the first, second and third districts is adjusted from 1800 yuan, 1700 yuan and 1600 yuan to 1950 yuan, 1850 yuan and 1750 yuan respectively.
As for the minimum wage standard for part-time working hours, the first, second and third districts were adjusted from 18 yuan, 17 yuan and 16 yuan to 19 yuan, 18 yuan and 17 yuan respectively.
Beijing adjusts minimum wage standard
In order to ensure the basic livelihood of workers, the city has adjusted the monthly minimum wage standard 1 since August.

The minimum wage standard for part-time working hours is adjusted from 16.8 yuan/hour to 18.5 yuan/hour in Class I, from 15.8 yuan/hour to 17.3 yuan/hour in Class II and from 14.7 yuan/hour to 65438+ in Class III.
