2(2) The social security agency of the new place of participation, within 15 working days, examines the application for transfer and continuation, and if it meets the conditions stipulated in these Measures, issues a letter of consent to the social security agency where the original basic social security card relationship of the insured person is located and provides the relevant information; if it does not meet the conditions of the transfer and continuation, it will give a written explanation to the applying unit or the insured person.

3(3) The social security agency where the original basic social security card relationship is located within 15 working days of receiving the letter of consent to receive, to handle the transfer of the various procedures.

4(4) After receiving the basic social security card relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency in the place where the participant's original basic social security card relationship is located, the agency in the new place of participation shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or participant of the confirmation in a timely manner.
