4(4) After receiving the basic social security card relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency in the place where the participant's original basic social security card relationship is located, the agency in the new place of participation shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or participant of the confirmation in a timely manner.
