(a) flexible employees to participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees, take the "one-year examination and approval" and "one-year payment" way, when the examination and approval must be successful in the tax bureau that year, overdue payment will not be handled. Once the payment base is determined by the payer, it shall not be changed within this year.

(2) If it is difficult to pay in 2022, it may voluntarily suspend payment. The unpaid monthly fee in 2022 should be paid before 65438+February 2023 15. The payment base will be selected independently within the upper and lower limits of the individual payment base implemented in the province in 2023, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively. If the overdue payment is not completed within the prescribed time limit, the overdue payment will not be handled.

(2) Self-declaration and approval

Individual flexible insured persons can apply for approval by themselves through Yunnan People's Society 12333 Internet Hall (Yunnan People's Society 12333APP) and social security self-service machine (Wuhua District Government Affairs Center Hall, next to Jinding Science Park Platform 18 Management Committee, right of Cuihu South Gate, 2nd floor of Kunbaida New Southwest Plaza). After the declaration and approval of the endowment insurance premium in 2022,

Payment can be made in the following ways:

1. Self-declared payment

Individual flexible employees can declare their own payment by paying attention to WeChat WeChat official account of Yunnan Electronic Taxation Bureau.

2. Window payment

Payment place: the tax window of Wuhua District Government Affairs Center Hall (window 5 1-53 of Wuhua District Government Affairs Center Hall) for payment.

3. Self-service terminal payment

Individual flexible employees can check personal verification data through the self-service tax terminal equipment (No.Ankang Road 178, second floor of Wuhua District Government Affairs Center) and declare payment independently.

4. Batch deduction and payment

Individual flexible employees can sign a tripartite agreement with the tax authorities by themselves (it must be signed for the first time), which will be withheld and remitted by the designated bank (the bank card must withhold enough balance).

Payment base

In 2022, the payment grade is 60% to 300%, and there are 25 payment grades. During the period from 60% to 300%, a file will be set for every increase of 10% (with detailed level attached).

Important reminder

Individual flexible employment insured persons may not pay the old-age insurance premiums of previous years. On June 26th, 2022, 65438+February 26th, 2022, the social security agency and the tax authorities will write off the data of the flexible employees who applied for approval in 2022 but did not pay the fees.

The endowment insurance payment verification information declared in that year is only valid in that year. Please pay in time before the deadline for payment by the Inland Revenue Department, or you will not pay after the deadline.
