Can social security in Xihu District be transferred to Jianggan District?

Both Xihu District and Jianggan District belong to Hangzhou and belong to the same overall planning area. The transfer of social security in the city requires employees to pay social security at the transfer place and stop insurance at the original social security payment place.

The specific process is as follows:

Individual: submit a copy of ID card to the current insured unit.

Now the insured unit: hold a copy of the employee ID card to the local social security center to receive bank account number, bank and other information.

(Some are basic old-age insurance relationship transfer contact letters, some are stamped with account information chapters, and some are letters of introduction. Anyway, they explained their bank account information and asked social security to transfer the money to this account. Note: social security official seal is generally required)

Individual: Give the local social security account information to the original insured unit.

Original insured unit: handle the transfer formalities with the local social security account information.

The local social security association will remit a part of the personal account of endowment insurance to the local social security, and give a transfer form of endowment insurance (or proof of the situation, which records the information such as the number of years of participation, the payment base, the amount remitted to the personal account, etc.). Some also have materials such as confirmation letter of fund transfer.

After the completion of the original insured unit, the old-age insurance transfer form (or proof of the situation), fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials will be handed over to me.

Individuals: Submit endowment insurance transfer form (or proof of circumstances), fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials to the insured unit.

Insured units: check with the local social security finance department whether the pension insurance transfer form (or proof of circumstances), fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials have arrived. If the goods have arrived, please ask the finance department to stamp the official seal on the transfer form to confirm the arrival;

Then fill in the social insurance personal account transfer form (supplement to the transfer form) (Table 22-2 (in triplicate), which needs my signature), and take the insurance transfer form or payment details to the local social security for supplement.
