Eighteenth maternity allowance from the date of delivery or family planning operation in accordance with the provisions of the holiday plan.

The calculation method of maternity allowance is: take the average monthly salary of the employees of the employer in the previous year when the insured employees give birth or perform family planning surgery as the base, divide it by 30, and then multiply it by the prescribed number of vacation days.

The average monthly salary of the employees of the employing unit in the previous year is determined by dividing the total average salary declared by the employing unit to the municipal social insurance fee collection agency in the previous year by the average monthly salary of the insured employees.

If the employer does not have the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year, the maternity allowance shall be calculated according to the average monthly salary of employees in this year.
