Eighteenth maternity allowance from the date of delivery or family planning operation in accordance with the provisions of the holiday plan.

The calculation method of maternity allowance is: take the average monthly salary of the employees of the employer in the previous year when the insured employees give birth or perform family planning surgery as the base, divide it by 30, and then multiply it by the prescribed number of vacation days.

The average monthly salary of the employees of the employing unit in the previous year is determined by dividing the total average salary declared by the employing unit to the municipal social insurance fee collection agency in the previous year by the average monthly salary of the insured employees.

If the employer does not have the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year, the maternity allowance shall be calculated according to the average monthly salary of employees in this year. The average monthly salary of employees in this year is calculated with reference to the calculation method of the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year.

Nineteenth maternity allowance shall be paid to the insured workers by the municipal social insurance agency according to the provisions of these measures.

If the municipal social insurance agency has paid maternity allowance for the insured employees, it shall be deemed that the employer has paid the corresponding amount of holiday wages. If the maternity allowance standard is lower than the original wage standard of the insured employees, the employer shall pay the difference to the insured employees.

If the continuous payment is less than 12 months due to the dissolution or termination of labor relations, relevant certificates shall be provided at the time of application, and the maternity medical expenses and maternity allowance shall be paid by the maternity insurance fund in accordance with the provisions of these measures.

Twenty-first unemployed spouses of insured workers do not enjoy the maternity protection provided by social insurance (including the new rural cooperative medical system), and the maternity expenses are paid to individuals by the maternity insurance fund according to the maternity treatment standard of the insured person of the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in this city in the year when the expenses occurred.
