Is the company the same as the social security bought in the village?

The social security bought by the company will not be the same as that bought by the village. Companies buy social labor insurance (social security) and villages buy new rural insurance (new rural insurance), which are two kinds of security insurance for different groups of people. The payment method and amount are very different, and the future pension benefits are also very different.

First, the difference between rural social security card and company social security card:

Those who participate in the enterprise endowment insurance paid by the company may suspend their participation in the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents paid by farmers in the village. You need to go to the social security department that originally provided you with old-age insurance to go through the formalities of suspension, and then this card can be used universally when you participate in the enterprise old-age insurance handled by the company.

The social security paid by the company includes five insurances: pension, medical care, work injury, maternity and unemployment. You don't have to buy the new rural cooperative medical system again and again at home. Even if you buy it, it's useless. The reimbursement rate and reimbursement limit are not as good as the medical insurance your company bought for you.

Two, rural social security card payment:

Rural social security card holders pay endowment insurance for urban and rural residents at a low level, ranging from RMB 100 to RMB 9,000 per year in Beijing and RMB 3,000 to RMB 5,000 in most places. However, the calculation method of pension is different from the age of receiving pension. Medical insurance for urban and rural residents paid by rural areas is only paid to 200 yuan every year, and the reimbursement rate is relatively low, generally around 50%.
