According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Finance Department on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retired Persons in 20 16 (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 16] No.37), with the consent of the people's government of the autonomous region, it is decided to adjust the basic pension for retirees of enterprises, institutions and institutions in our region from 2016. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of adjustment

20 15 12 3 1 Persons who have gone through retirement (post) formalities according to regulations and receive basic pension (living expenses) on a monthly basis.

Second, the adjustment methods and standards

(1) quota adjustment. 60 yuan per person per month.

(2) Hook adjustment. Persons who plan to pay pensions according to the enterprise method. 1. According to my payment period (including deemed payment period), if the payment period is within 15 years, the 2 yuan will be increased every month for every full 1 year (if it is less than 15 years, it will be calculated as 15 years); If the payment period exceeds 15 years (less than 1 year is calculated as 1 year), the 2 yuan will be increased every month in the first 15 years, and the 3 yuan will be increased every 1 year from 16 years; Persons who have gone through the retirement formalities due to work-related injuries and received basic pensions (excluding employees with work-related injuries of grade 5-6 who have retired due to enterprise bankruptcy), and those whose payment period is less than 30 years shall be counted as 30 years. The above-mentioned personnel increased by 2.2% every month on the basis of the basic pension I received in February 2005.

According to the measures of government agencies and institutions, the average pension of the same post (rank) corresponding to my post (rank) in the month of 2065438+2005 increased by 4.7% every month. Among them, the base of retirees is determined according to the average pension of the lowest position (job investment).

(3) Appropriate inclination

1. The elderly. Before 20 15 12 3 1, the monthly increase of 10 yuan per person aged 70 and under 75, the monthly increase of 15 yuan per person aged 75 and under 80, and the monthly increase of 20 yuan per person aged 80.

2. After the pension adjustment, the monthly pension of enterprise retired demobilized cadres is adjusted to 3 105 yuan.

3. Retirees from enterprises in hard and remote areas will increase 5 yuan per person per month.

Three. Funding distribution channel

The funds needed for retirees to adjust the basic pension and participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees shall be paid from the basic old-age insurance fund for enterprise employees; Those who participate in the endowment insurance of government agencies and institutions shall be paid from the basic endowment insurance fund of government agencies and institutions; Those who have not participated in the endowment insurance of enterprises, institutions and institutions shall be solved by the original channels.

Fourth, organize the implementation.

(a) the adjustment of the basic pension for retirees shall be organized and implemented by the human resources and social security departments at all levels. After the adjustment, the social insurance administration of the autonomous region is responsible for summarizing the adjustment and reporting it to the Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Department of Finance of the autonomous region.

(2) Adjusting the basic pension for retirees reflects the cordial concern of the Party and the government for retirees in enterprises and institutions. All localities should attach great importance to it, earnestly strengthen leadership, conscientiously organize its implementation, and ensure that the increased pension will be paid in full to retirees in September.
