File unemployment transfer-out

(1) Go through the unemployment registration formalities at the unemployment management window of the street social security office where the household registration is located, apply for the Employment Unemployment Registration Certificate, and issue a filing notice to receive the Archivist Registration Form.

(two) with the "employment unemployment registration certificate", "filing notice" and "filing personnel registration form", to the unemployment file management window for filing procedures.

(3) Send the files, filing notice and archivist registration form to the Personal Archives Department of Xicheng Employment Agency (address: filing service hall of employment agency center on the second floor of Hutong 1 Building No.8, Deshengmen).

Second, the employer recruitment transfer

(a) to apply for the "employment unemployment registration certificate" at the unemployment management window of the street social security office where the employee's household registration is located.

(2) Submit the Employment Unemployment Registration Certificate to the employing unit, and the employing unit shall go to the street social security office where its unit is registered or operated for employment registration in triplicate, and affix the official seal of the employing unit and the business seal of the social security office;

(three) to the employee roster (recruitment form) and the filing form to the unemployment file management window of the street social security office where the employee's account is located;

(four) to send documents and filing notice to the employer.

Third, the account moves out of the file.

(a) with the address of the household registration book, to the social security office of the unemployment file management window.

(two) according to the household registration book, fill out the "application form for the change of unemployment registration place" in duplicate;

(3) Send the household registration book, the application form for the change of unemployment registration location and files directly to the changed street social security office for filing.

Five, enter a higher school to change files

Hold the original and photocopy of the admission notice (A4 paper), and handle the file transfer formalities with the original ID card.

Six, receiving street files

Hold the household registration book, personal file and the Application Form for Change of Unemployment Registration Location to go through the relevant formalities at the unemployment file management window of the Social Security Institute.
