What are the consequences of defrauding the beneficiary and the insured?

Legal analysis: If the social insurance benefits are defrauded by fraud, forged certification materials or other means, the social insurance administrative department shall order it to return the defrauded social insurance benefits and impose a fine of not less than two times but not more than five times the amount defrauded. At the same time, according to the second paragraph of Article 27 of the Labor Security Supervision Regulations, those who cheat social insurance benefits or cheat social insurance fund expenditures, which constitutes a crime, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
