The reimbursement process of medical insurance in different places is as follows:

1. The insured person shall fill in the registration form of medical treatment in different places at the social security center of the insured place with the "social security card" and handle the registration;

2. According to the unified time, bring relevant application materials to the social security service hall of the insured place for review;

3. If it meets the requirements after examination, you can wait for a medical insurance card;

4. If you take your card to a designated hospital in a different place for medical treatment, you can pay the medical expenses yourself first, and then reimburse it according to the regulations after discharge.

The materials required for reimbursement of medical treatment in different places are as follows:

1, basic material. Under normal circumstances, the reimbursement of medical insurance in different places needs to provide hospitalization medical records, expense lists, original vouchers of medical expenses, proof of discharge conditions, including course of treatment, medical insurance card, my bank account number, ID card, household registration book, transfer procedures or certificates, valid hospitalization certificates and other materials;

2. Long-term work in different places. A copy of the valid labor contract signed by the insured and the employer, the medical insurance record book for medical treatment in different places or the certificate of assignment of the unit and related materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit and the business license of the employer;

3. Living in a different place for a long time. If the place of residence is the place of household registration, provide a copy of the relevant household registration certificate; If the residence is a non-registered residence, the original certificate of continuous residence for more than 6 months or a copy of the temporary residence permit issued by the police station, street or neighborhood Committee where the residence belongs shall be provided. For employees who have lived in different places for more than 6 months continuously, the original information statement issued by the unit and a copy of the applicant's ID card are required. If it is entrusted to others, a copy of the client's ID card shall also be provided.
