New subsidy policy for private teachers before 2022

The original private teachers enjoy pension and Medicaid standards:

1, pension and Medicaid are divided into one-time fixed subsidy and Medicaid. The one-time fixed subsidy standard is to subsidize 600 yuan for each year of teaching;

In addition, some areas have issued the Work Plan on Giving Subsidies to Former Private Teachers and Substitute Teachers for Living Difficulties and the Notice on Giving Subsidies to Municipal Matching Funds to Former Private Teachers and Substitute Teachers for Living Difficulties in 2022. The funds needed for subsidizing the original private substitute teachers who have worked for 10 years or more shall be borne by the provinces and cities according to the ratio of 5:5.

(1) 900 yuan per person per month for those who have worked for more than 30 years;

(2) those who have worked for 20-29 years will be subsidized to 800 yuan every month;

(3) For those who have worked for 10- 19 years, 700 yuan will be subsidized every month;

(4) If the working years are 1-9 years, and the working years are 1 year, the monthly subsidy will be given to 200 yuan, and the monthly subsidy for each person will be increased by 50 yuan.

The average salary level of teachers should not be lower than or higher than the average salary level of national civil servants, and gradually improve. Establish a normal promotion and salary increase system, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.

The qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers shall be recognized by the education administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level. The qualifications of teachers in secondary specialized schools and technical schools shall be recognized by the education administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level. The qualifications of teachers in ordinary institutions of higher learning are recognized by the education administrative departments of the State Council or provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or the schools entrusted by them.

If a citizen who has the academic qualifications specified in this Law or passed the national teacher qualification examination requests the relevant department to recognize his teacher qualification, the relevant department shall recognize him in accordance with the conditions specified in this Law.
