Legal analysis: Points-based enrollment for children of migrants in elementary school is calculated on the basis of three items: points for social security, points for stable residence and points for family planning, with a full score of 120 points. The specific points and points are as follows:

(3) points for family planning (5)

Migrant children who have the same total number of points are ranked equally according to the points of the following items in the order of the following items: purchase of a house, social security period, length of residence, and family planning status. If the points are still the same after being ranked by the same number of points in the above items, they will be ranked according to the principle of randomization.

The time of temporary residence recorded in the public security organs before the parents of the children of migrants apply for residence permits can be combined with the time of residence to calculate the points, but the overlap of the number of years of temporary residence and the number of years of residence will not be double-counted.
