2016 Beijing flexible employment personnel social security contribution base is how much

According to the document "Notice of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics on the Announcement of the Average Wage of Beijing Employees in 2015" (Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Regulation [2016] No. 102), the average annual wage of Beijing employees in 2015 was RMB 85,038, and the average monthly wage was RMB 7,086. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Beijing Municipal Social Insurance, hereby notifies the following issues related to the unification of the salary base and contribution amount of each social insurance contribution for the year 2016:

I. If the average monthly salary of the employees in the previous year of the city is used as the salary base for the contribution, the salary base for the contribution shall be RMB 7086.

Second, the average monthly salary income of the employees in the previous year exceeds 300% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the city in the previous year, the contribution wage base is 21,258 yuan.

Thirdly, if 70% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the previous year in the city is used as the contribution base, the contribution wage base shall be 4960 yuan.

Four, 60% of the city's average monthly salary of employees in the previous year as the contribution base, the contribution wage base is 4,252 yuan.

V. If 40% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the previous year of the city is used as the contribution base, the contribution wage base is 2834 yuan.

VI. The contribution base for employees participating in basic pension insurance, institutional pension insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance is determined according to their average monthly salary of the previous year. Among them, the upper limit of the contribution base is determined according to 300% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the city in the previous year. Participate in the basic pension insurance, unemployment insurance, the lower limit of the contribution base in accordance with the city of 40% of the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year; to participate in the institutional pension insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance, the lower limit of the contribution base in accordance with the city of 60% of the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year.

VII. Individuals entrusted with the filing of the flexible employment of employees to pay the basic pension insurance, unemployment insurance and basic medical insurance monthly contribution amount:

(a) basic pension insurance, unemployment insurance

1. The city's average monthly salary of employees in the previous year as the basis for the payment of contributions to the basic monthly payment of basic pension insurance of employees 1417.2 yuan, unemployment insurance premiums 85.03 yuan.

2. If 60% of the average monthly salary of the workers in the previous year is used as the contribution base, the monthly contribution for basic old-age insurance is 850.4 yuan and 51.02 yuan for unemployment insurance.

3. If 40% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the previous year of the city is used as the contribution base, the monthly contribution for basic pension insurance shall be 566.8 yuan and 34.01 yuan for unemployment insurance.

4. For those who are entitled to social insurance subsidies, the monthly contribution to the basic pension insurance for employees is 170.04 yuan, and the unemployment insurance premium is 5.67 yuan.

(2) medical insurance

Not enjoying medical insurance subsidy personnel, individual monthly contribution is 347.2 yuan; enjoying medical insurance subsidy personnel, individual monthly contribution is 49.6 yuan.
