How to pay medical insurance for children in Zibo?

The child's social security card can't be replenished for one year.

Children who participate in residents' medical insurance, under the age of 6, do not need to provide photos. Fill in the "Hebei Social Security Card Application Registration Form", just provide a copy of the household registration book, a copy of the guardian's certificate and a medical insurance card. If you are over 6 years old, you need to provide a recent bareheaded 2-inch photo with a white background.

Applicants for children's social security cards: Students and children (including infants) participating in medical insurance for urban and rural residents in our city can apply for social security cards free of charge.

Application process of children's social security card:

1. The school or kindergarten is responsible for the application and declaration of social security cards for students and children in the park. The application place is the social security card service network of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the city, district (county) near the school.

2. The guardians of non-school students and children who have not entered the park are responsible for data collation and reporting, and the application place is the nearest grassroots social security card service outlet.

Materials required for children's social security card application:

1, 16 years old (inclusive) or above with ID card, ID card copy.

2. If 16 years old or older has no ID card, apply for copies of temporary id card and temporary id card.

3./kloc-For children under 0/6 years of age, their household registration is with their parents. Home page, relationship index page, children's page, parents' page, parents' ID card and all the above copies are required.
