Interim Measures for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Employees of Urban Enterprises Article 8 If the insured person is employed in inter-provincial mobility, the basic old-age insurance transfer and continuity procedures shall be handled in accordance with the following procedures:
