Shenzhen new energy licensing conditions:

1. Only driver's license is required for household registration in this city, and residence permit+Shenzhen social security+driver's license for two consecutive years is required for non-Shenzhen household registration.

2. There are no cars with Guangdong B license, and there are no cars that should be scrapped and not cancelled.

3. There is no valid index or qualification to update the index under the name, that is, there is no Shenzhen license plate under the name of the individual.

PS: From May, 2022 1 day, a residence permit is no longer required for new cars to be licensed-new regulations for motor vehicles to be licensed in 2022.

Licensing process:

1, get the form specification to fill in, and prepare all the information. (It can be downloaded from official website, Shenzhen Traffic Management Bureau, or collected at the window of the vehicle management office or the motor vehicle registration service station);

2. Check the motor vehicle, register and review the data, and select the motor vehicle number plate. (Check the motor vehicle, review the data, print the acceptance receipt, and select the motor vehicle number plate);

3. Pay the motor vehicle license fee. (Pay at each outlet with the acceptance receipt. For specific charges, please refer to the motor vehicle number plate charging table);
