Article 2 Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security) is a department of the municipal government, and it is a bureau level.

The main responsibilities are:

(eight) responsible for the construction of professional and technical personnel and high skilled personnel. (eleven) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate the wage income distribution policy for the staff of our city's institutions, and establish the normal wage growth and payment guarantee mechanism for the staff of enterprises and institutions in our city. To formulate welfare and retirement policies for enterprises and institutions in our city. Responsible for organizing the implementation of wages and benefits, retirement policies and unified salary audit of government agencies and institutions.
(twelve) in conjunction with the relevant departments to implement the comprehensive policies and plans for the work of migrant workers, formulate relevant supporting policies and organize their implementation, coordinate and solve key and difficult problems, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
(thirteen) responsible for international exchanges and cooperation in the field of human resources and social security in our city.
(fourteen) to assist in the examination organization of civil service recruitment, public selection and public transfer, and to undertake the management of civil service examination (Chongqing) evaluation base (office). To undertake the administrative appointment and removal procedures of personnel appointment and removal in the name of the municipal government.
(fifteen) responsible for the party building work of organs, directly affiliated units and competent social organizations.
(sixteen) to complete other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
(17) functional transformation. (18) Division of responsibilities.
Division of labor with the Municipal Education Commission. The employment policy for college graduates is led by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and jointly formulated with the Municipal Education Commission and other departments. Employment guidance and services for college graduates before leaving school shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Education Commission; Employment guidance and services for college graduates after leaving school shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
