3. Take the transfer-out certificate, ID card and household registration book to the Human Resources Department of Tianjin Company, and the Human Resources Department of Tianjin Company will go through the social security transfer formalities at the local labor and social security bureau.

4. According to the new endowment insurance law, retirement refers to retirement in a city where the company has continuously paid endowment insurance 10 years. If it is less than 10 year, it will be transferred to a city where the previous company or the next company has been over 10 year. If these two conditions are not met, it will be converted into a retirement account.

5. The amount of pension benefits is related to the total amount of individual contributions (that is, the amount of individual wages), the payment period (the minimum payment period is 15 years), the average wage level of local society at retirement, and the national pension benefits adjustment policy.

6. If the company's statements and practices are wrong, you can go to the local labor and social security bureau to complain or arbitrate or coordinate.
