Does social security with the army belong to employee social security?

The insurance bought by the state during the period of being in the army is considered as employee's medical insurance, and the social security of dependents in the army belongs to employee's social security.

According to the Interim Measures of Social Insurance for Spouses of Unemployed Soldiers, the state established the military spouse insurance system in 2004 to solve the problems of establishing and connecting basic living security, old-age insurance and medical insurance for spouses of unemployed soldiers.

Conditions to be met:

1. Unemployment and no income;

2. Labor relations are subordinate to enterprises and institutions, and they are actually unemployed and have no income;

3. Engaged in temporary and seasonal work without a labor contract, and the labor remuneration is lower than the local minimum wage;

4. After employment, the employment is not interrupted because of my will, and I no longer receive unemployment insurance benefits according to regulations, nor do I enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits;

5. Unemployed and without income, because the demobilized soldiers will not be transferred temporarily;

6. Other circumstances stipulated by the state and the army.

Application method: military personnel and their spouses jointly apply, and after providing complete supporting materials, they can enjoy the spouse insurance benefits of unemployed military personnel with the approval of relevant departments.

Family members' insurance treatment standard:

The insurance benefits of unemployed military spouses include: basic living allowance, pension insurance allowance and medical insurance allowance.

Specifically, the basic living allowance is divided according to the hardship and remoteness of the troops. The higher the hardship and remoteness, the higher the standard.

Old-age insurance is paid by individuals in accordance with the proportion of 8% of the specified payment base, withheld and remitted by the financial department of the unit where the soldiers work, and all of them are credited to the personal account of old-age insurance.

When the old-age insurance relationship is transferred to a local place, the state will give subsidies according to the sum of the individual's actual payment bases in each year after 1998 1, and transfer them to the local social security agency along with the total amount stored in the individual account.

Medical insurance is paid monthly according to the standard of 65438+ 0% of the basic living allowance I receive, and the state gives the same amount of subsidies, all of which are credited to the personal account of medical insurance.
