Foshan handles social security cards for new employees.

1. Original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card or household registration book (household registration certificate);

2. The agent shall also provide his/her resident identity card or household registration book (household registration certificate) and the original and photocopy of the valid certificate of relationship with the applicant.

3. Overseas personnel or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel shall provide the original and photocopy of valid certificates such as passports.

Treatment process

1. The insured individual shall go to the banking service window with his personal ID card to receive the Foshan Social Security Card Application Registration Form.

2. Insured individuals shall, according to the guidance of the front desk staff of the bank, fill in the Foshan Social Security Card Application Registration Form in a standardized manner, and paste the original and copy of the ID card or take a photo receipt as required.

3. After the insured submits the form, he needs to pay the social security card fee (20 yuan/person/card). The front desk staff of the bank issues bills to the insured individuals.

4. The bank will notify the insured individuals to pick up the card at the bidding outlets within 20 working days.

5. The social security card needs to be activated before it can be used. Please activate the card as soon as you get it.

Processing address

If the unit is concentrated, it shall be handled by the unit handling personnel. Sporadic applicants can choose any branch of our social security card cooperative bank to handle it.

Foshan social security card cooperative banks are: China Agricultural Bank, China Construction Bank, China Bank and China Industrial and Commercial Bank.

Applicants can choose any bank as their own issuing bank.
