The first stage: on Monday, May 25, 2020, the trial card issuance will be started, and the card issuance targets will be new retirees, people who have lost their cards and reissued them, and new insured persons. The second stage: All retirees holding the first generation social security cards in Xiamen need to replace the first generation social security cards with citizen cards (social security cards) before the end of 2020. Stage III: Before the end of 20021,all the first generation social security cards need to be replaced with citizen cards (social security cards).
