Which department can consult about pensions?

Pensions are paid by the Social Security Bureau. Pensions are the expenses paid by state organs, enterprises, institutions and collective economic organizations to the families of dead or disabled employees. Workers who are identified as disabled due to work-related injuries shall be paid work-related injury disability pension until their death. After completely losing the ability to work and resigning, those who do not need help in their daily life will be paid work-related injury and disability pension until they return to the workforce or die. When a worker or employee dies at work, he shall pay a monthly pension to his immediate family members according to the number of his immediate family members until the dependents lose the conditions for being supported.

There are two kinds of pensions in China:

One is disability pension, which is paid to revolutionary disabled soldiers and employees who are disabled on business;

The second is death pension, which is paid to the families of revolutionary martyrs and those who died in the line of duty.

It is a basic right of citizens to get a pension from the government according to law. What is supporting relatives to support the elderly? The pension for dependent relatives refers to the compensation paid to the relatives who provide the main source of livelihood and can't work during their lifetime according to a certain proportion of their wages after the death of employees at work, the death of disabled employees due to work-related injuries during their paid suspension, and the death of disabled employees during their paid suspension. When an employee dies at work, his relatives who are provided with the main source of livelihood and have no ability to work lose their source of livelihood, making it difficult to maintain their basic livelihood. The direct cause of this situation is an industrial accident, so their immediate family members should be compensated.
