Where is the unemployment benefit paid?

By default, the unemployment benefits applied online will be distributed to the new social security card; For the unemployment benefits handled at the on-site window, if the bank card number is filled in the declaration form, it will be posted on the bank card filled in by the applicant, otherwise it will be issued to the new social security card by default.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law. Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
