(1) Do a good job in the deployment, testing and training of HIS system: In order to meet the needs of citizen card for medical treatment, quick payment for drug purchase and application of electronic social security card, the regional HIS system developer (Ningbo Jintang Software Co., Ltd.) will upgrade and deploy the system, and all grassroots medical institutions are invited to cooperate with the debugging and testing. After debugging, the regional HIS system developers and technicians will be responsible for business training, and all grass-roots medical institutions are requested to arrange time and organize relevant personnel to participate.

(II) Opening UnionPay omni-channel merchants: All grass-roots medical institutions timely fill in the Application Form for China UnionPay-Confidential Payment Products-Maintenance of Access Party Contracted Merchants (see Annex for details) and submit it to Deqing County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, so as to make follow-up UnionPay merchant applications for settlement between medical institutions and UnionPay.
