Third, through the business front desk query

Through the business front desk (Room 1 18, North Building of Chaoyang Social Security Center), relevant materials need to be provided:

Note: The unit manager who comes to handle the inquiry business of rights and interests records must be consistent with the relevant information of the manager in the social insurance management information system of the social security center. If it is inconsistent, the business front desk of the social security center will not accept the relevant business.

If you want to query "company registration information" and "company employee payment information", you need to bring your own electronic memory (such as USB flash drive). Company registration information can only be exported once within 90 days. The maximum number of employees when querying the payment information of the company is 1500.

4. Call the "12333" hotline for consultation (it is expected to be officially opened in June 20 14).

Insured individuals input social security number, social security card number (12 digits) or computer serial number (10 digits) in turn according to voice prompts and inquire about content options. After confirmation, the "12333" hotline will answer the relevant information through automatic voice.
